After receipt of 17.4 form still a hold on my name

After numerous mails to [Email Removed] and calls to be taken off ABSA's debt review I am still listed for debt review and cannot apply for new car finance. I voluntary took myself out of Debt Review 3 years ago (paid all arrears and interest) and today still listed with ABSA. It is not easy to have come as far as today and to be still listed after trying everything is not very funny!

17.4 Form was mailed to ABSA, but to no avail.

Only to phone today and find out - oh sorry the 17.4 form must accompany a consent letter. Now how should I smell this. Can nobody phone you to tell you this or is this just another excuse to extend the process. Surely I have the right to be taken off Debt Review once all have been done from my side (and working hard to do so).

I thought 3 years ago all was done and dusted.

I feel like I could SCREAM!
