I received a notification that a stop order had gone off on my account via sms (myupdate). I called in on 0860123107 and I was told that it was for annual fees for a credit card account that I also have with Standard Bank and the consultant logged a query for the reversal of the amount. She advised that she had bundled the 2 accounts and that I was not supossed to be charged the annual fee on the credit card.

Today to my dismay, when proving the reference number: 7000274131, I was told that it referred to a call in August- which I have no knowledge of. I am still sitting with the issue been unresolved!!!
