ONCE AGAIN MRS. M.D. TERBLANCHE'S CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN DEBITED AND SHE HAS NO ITEM TO SHOW FOR IT. R3300, 00 WAS DEDUCTED AND THE ONLY NOTIFICATION HEREOF WAS AN SMS FROM STANDARD BANK. SHE THEN PHONED STANDARD BANK CREDIT CARD CALL CENTRE AT 0860123107 AS SHE DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS PAYMENT AS SHE DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING. NOMTI REFUSED TO REVERSE THIS UNLAWFUL DEBIT. SHE THEN CONTACTED HOMEMARK CALL CENTRE AND REQUESTED THEM TO REVERSE THE AMOUNT OF R3300, 00 PLUS THE INTEREST SHE'S BEING CHARGED BY STANDARD BANK. THE REQUEST WAS MADE ON THE 12TH MARCH 2013. STILL NO REVERSAL. WHY MUST SHE PAY FOR GOODS WHEN : 1) SHE DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING NOR DOES SHE HAVE THE SAID ITEM FOR WHICH THEY ARE DEBITING HER CREDIT CARD
