I am really disgusted with the customer services I received from standard Bank, I call your contact center 0860 123 000 on several occasions and I was transferred from one department to another, I was spoken to rudely, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and I had the call put down on me.

1st off you claim To offer real banking value - but you double charging me for services!!!
I recently discovered that my monthly fee for my check account was changed automatically from R79 to R99 - why was this done without you informing?
Secondly seeing that you moved my account to the "elite banking status" why are you not giving me the benefits that an elite banking customer receives? You are charging me R99 per month in bank fees and you are charging me an annual fee for my credit card?

As an elite banking customer you are NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY AN ANNUAL FEE FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD so I would like my annual fees for my credit card to be refunded to me. Seeing that you "upgraded" my account why did you not give me a gold check card and credit card?
