Hi there

There's an employee of yours by the name of Stefan Mashishi 073 322 9180 (not 100% sure) who has been working closely with an employee from the Dept of Infrastructure Development on their Zivuseni Reloaded Poverty Alleviation program. On the 7th November she arrived (late) at Turffontein PCO to open bank accounts for those people who were going to be employed on the spot for this Zivuseni. Those of us who were there had not been properly briefed as to what this project was about and also that bank accounts would be opened. When we voiced this and explained that we did not have the required documents, your employee told us 'That it is not her problem and we must see to finish how we get them since we're the ones looking for jobs' She also said it's common sense for people these things with them when looking for work and the we 'Must learn to listen'

Your employee was very rude, unprofessional and treated us with contempt. I have been an FNB customer for many years and have never been exposed to such appalling treatment. She behaved precisely like the government employee who was accompanying her and has been a very bad reflection of FNB.
