Radiant not assisting resolution of employee

A Radiant employee assisted me with the purchase of lighting goods 6 months ago. I returned a lot of the goods as they were not what i was looking for. The employee collected the goods from me and I have yet to receive the refund. Radiant distanced themselves from the problem and instructed me to deal with the employee in getting my money back, who up to this point continues to make promises and.
