Unpleasant and extremely unprofessional staff.
The lady that assists the clients with the booking of the service is pleasant and extremely professional. She listens to the client and contact them if they need to do additional work. A real pleasure to work with.
Unfortunately the other employee is extremely rude, unprofessional and you can sense she hates to be there.
My car was late due to the wash bay that had to clean the vehicle again due to the rain we had.
While I was there the rude employee did not managed to do a report for a other employee called Cobus. She begged him on the phone to do it the following day but it sounded as if it was very important for Cobus to have. She was extremely upset swear when she put the phone down and started discussing the incident with the other lady that was there. The other lady had to get up and quite her down so that I and another two customers could not hear it and when another gentlemen came in she complaint again with him to tell him what an cobus is. I have never but never received such bad and unprofessional vibe from a dealer ship. And unfortunately the lady that assists with the booking of the services is the only profesional.
