I submitted a claim to Medway and received an sms on 30 September 2013 that it has been received. I've been trying on a number of occasions to get feedback and were told that I will be called back and I had to call again only to receive the same response. They never returned my calls to date. Is that one of the reasons they are tagged as a company not responding? This is unacceptable!
