Deliberate Stalling of Claim pay-out

After numerous calls and empty promises, three claims are still pending after 5 months and no reasonable explanations can be provided why the claims have not paid out. All the necessary documentation was received, and confirmed by numerous call centre personnel. It is blatantly obvious that AIG cannot deliver as promised and advertised. Their procedures are flawed and internal systems do not work. Trying to escalate the problem also did not work, and after numerous promises of call-backs, my phone is still not ringing! Truly atrocious service and reporting to this to any and all social media sites and publications is my only choice. Its the only way to try and dissuade anyone taking out a policy with AIG. Really really disappointed that a cancer sufferer has to worry about the bills although the policy is supposed to give peace of mind.
