Earlier in the year I lodged a complaint regarding the billing on my American Express account.
I wanted to close the account but got a call and was convinced to keep it open, with the condition that I will be charged no fees for a period of one year, providing I don't make use of the credit available during that period.
I looked at my latest statement and see that even though I haven't been using the account the fees are still accumulating.
I dont want any phone calls, sms's or emails regarding this matter any longer. I just want the fees reversed, and the account closed.
