Am ex platinum terrible service and charges

I applied for an American Express card. I got accepted for a platinum card.it took over 2 months with numerous calls from the call centre asking me the same questions. Still no card!!!
I then received a statement by e mail b0illing me for service and admin fees.
The card was then apparently closed incorrectly and to date, I do not have the card. The fees were debited from my cheque account. Sam... to the NCR next!!!
