On May 25th, I had money stollen from my account and I reported on the same day. Since then, I have been told that the case still under investigation and they always promise to call me (since every time I go to the bank, they put on line with the department and NO ONE answer). That's really frustrating because the money wasn't even mine. I have been a Standard Bank client for 4 years already and I never had problems with it, until now. Very soon I'm gonna close my account, I don't feel safe there anymore.
