DISAPPOINTED!! Not my fault!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

I have gone to the bank this morning and have noticed that my account has been cleared out. 0.00 balance available, shocked an full of rage I immediately called customer service and was put on hold for 20 mins not receiving help from any "correct person" as i was continuously told to "please hold". I eventually got tired of holding and went to my nearest Standard Bank. With the help of Charlene opening case i was told that my bank account was swiped cleaned in the US (abroad) and that i have to wait 3 working days for a "call' from someone in dept and THEREAFTER investigation starts, i was told that i might not even get the amount of funds that was swiped from my account. which is VERY disturbing to hear... SAVINGS that i had trusted MY BANK OF 24 YRS with, my money should be safe!!! and i get told i need to be investigated for it. The bank statements clearly shows that the transactions where all 1 min apart. How can a department that tracks not be able to see that this was happening to my account. This is unacceptable and there is no way in that I am waiting 3 weeks for MY money. I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE. I have signed a contract for renting a flat and deposit.
