My Fiance Had her Account Frozen By Standard Bank for Claims that She owed them money. We followed their system of their legal departments procedure and we were informed in a meeting months ago that the investigation was concluded and she did not owe them any money. They sent a draft to her advocate and we were informed that the money would be cleared in 5 to 7 working days and that the money would be in her advocates account. the money was supposed to be available last week thursday. her advocate phoned them everyday since and they said the money would be available the past tuesday. It is now friday and still no standard bank This is the an embarresment to themselves They hold on to peoples money after their investigation proved that the people dont owe them anything. Hope Standard Bank Have the guts to resolve this matter before it Becomes a bigger embarresment for them. If Not my Initial thoughts would Be Correct
