I normally receive exceptional service from FFW. My current experience with FFW has been shocking to say the least. I have had some bad luck this year to say the least.

The month of October was a horrific month for me. I was involved in two car accidents, and both was not my fault and could not have been prevented. The first incident was on the 7th of October Claim consultant Asanda assisted me with this claim, the just of it, a lady backed into my in a parking lot and the she assaulted me, that in its self was a traumatising experience, 23rd of October I was on my way to Potch when a pack of dogs ran in front of my car and I had no time to stop. I ended up hitting three dogs, terrible experience as I cant even hurt a fly because of my love for animals, Channel was my claim consultant, this claim was finalised a week later.

I am still waiting for the finalisation from my first incident and repairs has yet to be started on my vehicle I feel this is absolutely unacceptable. Asanda did let me know she is still waiting for the assessor's response since the 22nd of October. We are cutting it close as December holidays are approaching as well as my car hire is expiring. Terrible
