Claim and Repair since October 2013 not dealt with

I had claimed for a motor vehicle accident in October 2013. Up to now insurance has not booked and repaired my car.

Timeline of events;

1. Vehicle was assessed for damages and repairs immediately.
2. Requested Autobhan as the the repair center.
3. Booking was never finalised, but rather changed to another repair center.
4. Consulted noted a glitch in the system.
5. Numerous delays with communication with the consultant.
6. No feedback.
7. Its now the end of November.
8. This was then escalated to the manager who then apologised for poor service and arranged for the car to be collected and for a rental to be arranged.
9. On two separate occasions where a date had been put aside for the repair, nobody had been alerted to come fetch my car, or failed to do at a time that was convenient.
10. The only people that had communicated with me was either the rental agency or the repair center and not my insurance!
11.By this stage, i had not received any feedback from my insurance- no communication at all.
12. It is now December 2013 and i had cancelled the claim.
13. Apparently in the system, the claim shows as "settled"
14. My car has not even been repaired.
15. Customer service???
