On the 29th of October I called Outsurance who are dealing with a claim I have at the moment. The reason for my call was because I wanted to find out whether my rental car that I have at the moment could be extended due to parts not being delivered within 30 days. The manager was the rudest person ever, when I explained that I will be leaving outsurance after the incident was finalised, he went and ranted on that I have claimed over R30 000 or something over the last year? This is true, but absolutely not one incident was my fault and their various departments could have reclaimed from the other parties. The manager was able to make a current client feel unwelcome and that Outsurance really wants me to leave because I have claimed. What is the point of insurance if not this. I have never had bad service with Outsurance, untill that day. Very very unprofessional.
