NO PAYMENT FOR DENTAL SERVICES RENDERED

Service date july 2013 redered to essential med clients for which the practice do not get paid, claims have been emailed and send electronically via switch. Numerous phone calls have been made and problem have been discussed with Feroza, she always will investigate and phone me back, but this never happens. Acancelled cheque with practice number was emailed on the 8th October 2013 to [Email Removed] Nobody can find this email - emily has left their service - nobody is able to assist us. What more must we do? Do we have to report this to Beeld and the medical aid ombudsman?
