Registered claim nr 231 2636 on the 8/01/2013. Was contacted by the responsible agent - who requested the invoice document to e-mailed to her. Did this on the 10/01/2013. Havent heard anything from this person or ABSA ever since.
Send another e-mail to this agent yesterday requesting feedback - no reply.
Phone you call centere - 086 011 2225 - take option 1 for existing claims - telephone just rings until it dies, but no one picks up or answers the phone...
So I would just like some help as to what is going on with this cliam??
