Terrible feedback and handling of my claims

I created 2 claims ON 18 jUNE 2013:

another claim has arisen since to do with a burst geyser. The claim also is not closed off yet.

The feedback from the beginning was terrible. I had to end up continually chasing up on the people responsible for handling my claims. I am still waiting for one of the claims to be handled. The person responsible was Mr Grootboom who now no longer works for ABSA. I currently am trying to push my claims to completion but nobody is aware of them and I am getting no help.

I am paying for building insurance on my house which is also financed by an ABSA homeloan. Please give me a reason to keep my insurance and homeloan with absa, because I am sick of the lack of feedback / service I am getting regarding this matter.

Its been a month since I opened the claims and I am still waiting for them to be sorted!
