I have been waiting for 2months now for my claim to be prosessed. I was not properly informed on the procedures and frankly the sense of urgency in your bussines is up to!!! You are working with peoples lives their money and this is how you do it. I dont refer anyone or recomend anyone to work threw affiniti underwriters!!! I had to phone in and find out are you doing your job??? Cmon im 24 and have to follow up on adults not doing their job??
