Claim cannot be processed

I put in a claim on policy number 113116 for the passing of M.W.Nokosi but they want receipts of who paid although i'm waiting for a claim from them to go pay. How can I have receipts if my claim is not processed and it is not on their requirements this thing that you must first pay and claim later.
