Despite repeated requests, the Compliance Officer of FNB / Auto and General viz. Jacky de La Rey has repeatedly declined to supply relevant specified telephone conversation recordings from Customer Service Call centres, to the nominated representative of a FNB /? Telesure short term policyholder. viz. Mr P Grunow, nor to relevant requested telephone records, as confirmation and verification of Mr Keith Boyle's (Marketing? Director of FNB Brokers) statement, that the client had been telephonically contacted at his prev known work tel number, as well as on his cell number, in order to inform the client of the Telesure vehicle ins premium increase from approx. R680 to approx R1700. This despite the client apparently having nominated that all correspondence be sent via regular postal service.
There was NO MIRROR IMAGE of the NEW POLICY SCHEDULE IN THE CLIENT'S INSURANCE FILE. Alexei van Rensburg (Compliance Officer) had NOT sent this, because it had (NOT YET) existed on 29 Aug 2013. Also, Mr J MacMillan (Telesure consultant) had NOT been able to timeously send this NEW SCHEDULE, at 16h45, on 1 NOV. He conveniently? does NOT HAVE A 'SENT' BOX! It had NOT YET existed, until 2 Nov.
