Incorrect fee deduction and not being refunded

I downgraded my transaction account more than a month ago to a cheaper option. Instead of paying less, they ended up deducting more because the sales consultant ticked the wrong fee option. Needless to say, I have been in contact with them ever since to get my money back but they just keep on deducting fees. I even had to go into the bank to sign forms again and they just activated the wrong fee option again!!! Someone has been in contact regularly, but this is pointless as she only tells me everyday that she is following up but nothing ever happens. It's so frustrating being treated like this when I have been a loyal customer for many many years. The incompetence is just absolutely unbelievable.
