How many times will I need to go into a branch and complain about the bank changing my bundle option on my Access account??? Since I opened this account in April, I have been charged incorrect banking fees... I have been into different branches a number of times to change this back to the R59 bundle option which is what I chose when I opened this account... but every month I pay charges I am not suppose to pay and the BANK decides to put my option back to the R30 bundle option. The bank does this without permission, which according to my knowledge is illegal. After having emailed to complain, going into the branches, this is STILL NOT resolved. It is my time, petrol and energy WASTED on a pointless exercise, because come next statement... and I am charged the fees again!! And this is the service that we have to pay for???
