Account Settings Changed Without Consent

It's with great regret that my only option left is to post this letter. My settings on my bank account has been changed without informing me to a value bundle which normally is a good option except mine has been changed to get maximum bank costs out of me which is the pay as you transact option and it takes 10% of my monthly income which I can not afford. I have spoken to the branch manager and after a promise to get back to me on Thursday last week, I still have not received any feedback.
This option was loaded in January2012 and I need Absa to write back all the unnecessary bank costs of the past year into my bank account asap.
Please help me to set this right as I have been a loyal customer since I could remember and it still use to be Volkskas Bank.
