I am absolutely disgusted with standard Bank. When I applied for my elite Cheque Account last year I specifically asked for the fixed monthly payment option of R99, I have noticed ridiculous amounts of R250 per month going off my account. I was informed by the call centre that I have been on the pay as you use option and they can do nothing to help me. This is completely ridiculous! I want this resolved as a matter of urgency and my money refunded! I am sick of being by the banks!
