Insured truck got on accident, no help after that

Hi!

Our Insured truck got on accident, insurance towed it to the panel beaters who quoted and we forwarded the quote to the insurance as it was their preferred panel beater we thought it will be quickly. to my surprise one month no response to confirm if their panel beaters can proceed to repair or not. Their Panel beater is phoning me as well asking if w are aware that the truck is just parked there and nothing is being done to it. How can insurance people ignore such matters when we are still paying monthly subscriptions, and again i am covered for loss and income haven't heard or received any money for loss of income, no word of whats going on, calling my ABSA broker Sandy, who also tells me he cant get hold of Rob and she is emailing him she can see he read her emails but no response. Who is real going to help me with this issue as i keep paying subscription truck parked not being repaired and not being paid loss of income i am covered for. they helped bringing the truck to JHB but its not helping me as i am borrowing money from the bank to pay their subscription for a damaged parked truck. HELP ANYONE THERE???
