I want my money back today

On the 29th of June 2013 I went for a bank statement and guess what this company moov trading deducted a R298.00 from my account this a RIP OFF no one assist me or helped me with a loan but you are happy to just take my money. its really disgusting you are cheating poor people I demand my money back no later then today.
