Ludicrous charges for past statements

I have a Business Cheque account with Standard Bank.
I moved in the last year, and six months of bank statements were subsequently lost. (Onus on me)
I urgently need these to consolidate my budget etc, and requested that Standard Bank send them to me. I was told that I would be charged R20 per page, which is disgusting to begin with - I pay premium bank charges on this account already.
Since I was desperate, I agreed. I enquired as to how many pages it would be, since this account is now dormant and I would need to deposit cash to cover the cost of statements. The teller was unable to tell me, so I estimated that as per my original statements, it would be 5/6 pages per month.
Once the statements were sent to me (emailed, not printed) I discovered that unlike printed statement which have 30 lines of info, these only have TEN. Original statements are also double-sided. Which means I had to pay 6 TIMES THE AMOUNT I HAD CALCULATED. I am now in the red on that account, thanks to your ludicrous and greedy charges. I will close this account and seek banking services elsewhere.
