Legal Loans milking desperate people

Legal loans claims to find loans for people with good or bad credit. I applied and was pre-approved and told that there are lenders who are in line to help me, I just need to pay R380. This money was deducted from my bank account and then there was silence. I had to do a follow to ask where are these lenders that are willing to help me. I was given a list of lenders, some of them that I had already applied to and had declined me before and a list of more brokers that I have to pay to find me loans. I feel cheated and robbed by legal loans. Paid for a service that I did not get.
