Wow!! I never in my entire life been so much disgusted, Budget touch up insurance, this company doesn't get what customer is, I put claim like 5-7 weeks ago and I never got any follow up or response. From first day I put a claim I knew I was dealing with wrong people. I was assigned to Auto magic at Randburg where service is non existent then I asked to be transferred to auto magic at Honeydew and that was also a mountain to claim. To cut the long story short. I've been trying to follow up with this company about my claim since they cannot afford to call me. When I call they tell me that I have to deal with Nadia who was supposed to call me, so I have to hold the line then I will hold the line till I get cup off. I called again, no sir you have to speak to Natishna because she was the first person you dealt with before which it never happened that I managed to speak to. Strange enough, today I got a call from a guy by the name of Gavin trying to sell me something then I told him that I hate his stupid company. Then he says let me transfer you to someone to help you. Then I spoke to the Lady that told me that she was working in commercial department. What is wrong with this company?
