I have been receiving very poor service from the client service and claims department. They keep on promising but the claim has not been resolved and it is more than 3 months. We submitted all the required documents twice if not thrice and still this claim is not yet finalised. It is totally unproffesional service. Even the MD replied but to avail. What happen to service delivery? We must now pay the doctors out of our own pocket because we get threaten with legal letters.
