Poor service and efficiency

I regret the day I joined Essential Med, the lack of service delivery, lack of commitment and efficiency is really sad for a company that should be equipped with all these skills considering the industry that they are in.

It's been grief after grief but today was my last straw. I have two claims pending that I sent in in May 2013 and a second one in July 2013, till this day I'm still to hear what is happening with them, all I get sent is an email from Elize van der Merwe telling me that they have received my claim and that it's being processed.

4 months and 2 months respectively! Clearly my claims are rocket science for them to take so long to be processed.
As if that was not enough, now I am being hounded by the Carecross doctors that I have visited to make payments because my claims have not been paid due to the fact that Essential med is having a tiff with Carecross as they are no longer using them. WHY IS THAT MY PROBLEM AGAIN?

I am A PAYING CLIENT, it's not my business or issue what goes on with their service providers so why is it my problem.
You wait until I default on a payment, their accounts department will be on my case like a bad rash.
