Outsurance
Deducting money from my acc with any consent

I phoned them for a quote and I told the guy I will get back to him. On the 2 November 2013 they deducting money for November premium which I never gave consent to or sign any documents to say they can do so.
I phoned on the 04 November 2013 to ask for a refund the guy said the money will be in my account on the 05 November 2013. Till today I have not received my money.
