I am billed for R7 per day on the above number on from Micra Networks. I have used this modem only on November last. How can I be part of this network if I did not even go onto the internet 11 December 2013. When I called the number they do not even have an operator, only a voicemail note saying to unsubscribe...

I will not pay this bill till it is settled and sorted out. Why must I pay for company that subscribes me to a network I did not even know off.

I have be struggling to get onto my internet since end of November. If this cannot be sorted ASAP I will go to and put all on there. It is unacceptable for Vodacom to let companies deduct money on my mygig3 plan
