Debit Orders

FNB debit my account on the 15th, 20th and 31st. I am operating on a tight bugdet and would like to understand why am i being debited anytime there is money in my account. what about the penalties being charged when the account is not in areas.
I would like to have the penalty money refunded and one debit to go through on the 15th. The money taken on the 31st was meant for Wesbank, and I need it to be paid to Wesbank.
