Contract fees paid but no loan deposit

My loan application was approved and I was requested to first pay the contract fee before the loan would be deposited in my account within 24 hours. The contract fee was paid to a Standard Bank account of the person from Legalwise which apparently is on a retainer agreement with Blue Loan Services. 5 days ago I received a scanned notification from Blue Loan Services to indicate that a deposit has through Capitec been made to my account. However, no money has received in my account.
