Blue / Credit U Financial Services
Cant get a home loan because of Blue/ Credit U

Business & Finance

I have a financial Judgement from Blue Financial Services. The loan amount of R3500 was paid in 2009 the loan was taken from Credit u. I have a paid up letter on Blue financial services letterhead not Credit u. I tried rescinding the judgement in 2012 June through Lucid credit. I paid Lucid Credit R3500 to remove the judgement but failed because Blue financial services didn't want to consent. Then Lucid Credit wanted me to pay more money to legally force Blue Financial to consent. I lost hope in the south African consumer rights. It looks like every company want to put you into more financial hole. My intention was to buy a house for my kids then I lost hope. This year 2013 june I heard on Metro fm that there will be an amnesty for judgement s. I was glad, I applied for a home loan. My home loan is approved in principle. They need a letter that shows that I PAID CREDIT U. but the letter says Blue financial services. I CALL EVIL BLUE again just to provide me with the letter that Blue took over Credit u. I CALLED, EMAILED AND THEY ALL REFER ME TO LEGAL DEPARTMENT. 0115046408 .I spoke to Martine Fourie last week Thursday and said her boss will send me the letter. Till today.
