Never had a loan with Blue/Kagisano

About a month ago I received a call from a collection company on behalf of Blue Finance/Kagisano. The collection company was instructed to contact me to make payment arrangements. The lady could not find any contract that east signed by me on the system. She gave me a number to call. When I called the number, the number did not exist. These people already got garnishee documents either them signed by me to deduct the money from my salary. The loan was taken in 2006.
I refuse to pay this account because I never had a loan with Blue finance/Kagisano. I'm busy buying a house and this got a negative reflect on my name.
