Building loan nightmare

I need help. A building loan for renovations was approved on the 2nd of September 2013. Despite this fact and Nedbanks representative knowing that my renovations would commence on the 30th of September and despite my best efforts to ensure a speedy bond registration the transferring attorneys was only instructed on the 16th of October 2013. A month and a half after the finances were approved. Due to the delays caused exclusively by Nedbank my bond has still not been registered and the expected date of registration is now estimated at 18 November 2013. I have had to resort to scraping together funds to continue with the renovation process. In order to attempt to assist Nedbank suggested an overdraft whilst the bond registration was being finalised. I was advised that the process would take 2 days. This was on 28 October 2013. On the 4th of November I was advised that Nedbank would not grant the overdraft. This was their suggestion!!! I am appalled by the service that I have received to date. I would strongly advise against transacting with Nedbank. It is a complete and utter nightmare trying to deal with them. Their service levels are non-existent.
