Nedbank not refunding illegal costs

We sold a property in October 2013. Our transferring attorney has been trying since late November 2013 to get the bond cancellation amount from Nedbank. Till today she has been unsuccessful and this has cost me, the seller another two bond installments.

This is the most unprofessional bank ever and don't seem to care about the financial well being of their clients!!!

Update I received a call from Nedbank a week ago. I made the consultant aware of the happenings and the cost - The attorney tells me Nedbank is still charging for costs they have deliberately accrued to the sellers account. As yet this matter still continues!!!
