Very poor customer service!!!

I am absoutely appauled and disgusted by the service i am receiving from FNB carlswald. I Collected my new gold cheque card from your branch on the 30/10/2013 and a lady at enquiries advised me to email my proof of residence as i receive all my post via email to Ntombi Mnguni so that they can activate my account the very next day i emailed Ntombi and up til now i have not received a response from her she has not even read my email thats very unprofessional for a team leader. I will not come into the branch to have my card activated as that is an incovenience for me! I did not even receive my letter for HR to have my salary paid into my FNB account. I have dealt with Freda as well i have emailed her my proof of residence on the 01/11/2013 she also did not respond to me up til now. All i want is my account to be activated what is so difficult about that!!! I have banked with another bank for 10years. Please dont make me regret this as i am considering cancelling and closing my new account with FNB due to poor customer service. I am very unhappy with the poor customer service! I am a team leader myself and never in my life have i given such poor cutomer service to a client! I
