Nedbank full of promises but short on delivery

Out of desperation I turn to HelloPeter.
Nedbank was quick to respond to a home loan application and to provide personal loans to cover the transfers and registration. I was told that the debt consolidation is a straight forward process after the fact which would make the final loan affordable. I just have to buffer for a month or two to cover the personal loans.
I was transparent with the finances from day one and ask more than once to not to be given false hope. Now we are almost three months into the bond and the consolidation has not happened. This means that I am paying nearly R7, 000 a month extra on my bond and have zero buffer on my budget with no savings (all against Nedbank regulations and NCA requirements).
I had a buffer to work from, but now that is running out. Yet Nedbank is doing nothing about the bond. I have "lost" about R21, 000 owing to the loans not being consolidated already with no end in sight.
Please help.
