Best Sure bellow the expected standards

I was contacted by a rather over confident aggressive broker who assured me her time was set aside for different and or prospective clients, who then proceeded with the general questionnaire one would expect from a broker although her tone of frustration more so focused on my negative influences for a decent premium then threating me that my bank would be more than concerned that I'm not currently insured. Cathy later calls me back with a premium that was more than what I was originally quoted, I thanked her for her services and declined to continue further with the quote. A few minutes later I receive a call from her colleague, yes another broker who very rudely informs me that she is not happy with me (the client) calling her (the broker) a lair!! This was in no sense implied or verbally engaged. I have never in any service sector experienced such disturbing level of service and me being a lawyer have dealt with a few insurance brokers and just so appalled by this unfortunate level of service. I would definitely NOT recommend any prospective interest be taken with Best Sure in the future or its services.
