I am a short term insurance broker, and obtained a quote from the A&G Broker Division Call Centre. The client accepted but when their underwriters called him, the premium increased. They said this is due to him only having his own insurance for less than a year, although he told them he was an insured and regular driver on his mom's policy for many years. I called in to query this, and Beno took my call. He was most understanding, and agreed with what I said, and went to renegotiate with the underwriter. In the process, the premium actually came down from what was originally quoted!! Happy client, happy broker!! So a BIG thank you to Beno, keep it up!
