During November i contacted discovery and advised i needed to see a broker. a broker contacted me in December by the name of Gerald Mamfunda and arranged a meeting at cresta mug and bean.
Discussed in the meeting was the lowering of my life premium i was assured it will be done by February as i was promised by Gerald Mamfunda as to my surprise in February this instruction was not carried out and my account was further debited for R653. Mr mamfunda contacted me after i tried calling to no avail.
During the conversation i was belittled by MR mamfunda who referred to me as a small client and not important as he had bigger clients than me to worry about as stated in the conversation. he also referred that he will give me my difference and come personally to deliver in an aggressive tone i now fear safety.
i am shocked that discovery deals with brokers with this attitude.
it is imperative that discovery send MR mamfunda on a client service course so that he does not harm the brand of discovery.
