Promises not kept and im still uninsured

Took out a policy with momentum thru sell sure broker. My policy was supose to commence on the 15 dec. Returning from holiday i contacted momentum and was advised that they did not recieve premium on the 1st of dec. Puzzled as my policy was suppose to commence on the 15th dec, second issue was that there was enough funds in my account. Speaking to Refilwe we discovered that the broker had given the insurer incorrect details. we changed the banking details and was promised that a premium would go off on the 13th of jan. I called them again on the 15th and was advised that a premium would go off on the 16th and was also promised a call from Amanda too confirm that premium has gone thru, which did not happen. Called the broker who told me that his on holiday and that i should call momentum myself. Why do i have a broker if i still have too call myself? he was also very rude. I dont want anything too do with him again. I regret moving from Outsurance. Lower premium = no service. As it is my vehicle is still not insured.
