I spoke to Andre De Jager on Wednesday, the 30th November 2013, following my enquiry on whether they received our R2m guarantee claim, after being referred to him by our ex Relationship Banker, Shaun Hartley. Andre then advised me that he would get back to me on the morning of Thursday, the 31st November, whereby he would advise me on the procedure that was to be followed in order to process our claim with time frames thereto.

He did not get back to me on Thur, but I finally got hold of him by 15:14 pm after a couple of attempts on the same day. He acknowledged receipt of guarantee & covering letter & advised me that it would take 2 days to process the claim. All my attempts to get hold of him on Friday last week, so that I could track the status quo to establish if we were on track, all went in vein. This was despite his promise to give me feedback on progress by Friday. I have been trying to get hold of him on 0824535515 and 0152908038 since 9:00 yesterday, with the cell being on voicemail & landline being unanswered until now. Our Relationship Manager has still not gotten back to us, despite another email sent to him yesterday. Worst part - guarantee is still not processed
