Try to stop deductions

O my soul, they just keep on deducting and deducting monies, even though we stopped it at the bank. If they deduct the monies on the 28th, we reverse it and once again they deduct it again two days later. We are paying bank fees on these deductions and to reverse it. Please stop the deductions. We do not need insurance on our phones, we have them insured with another company. Please stop.
